This YA vampire can go right through locked doors. He was just thirsty, he didn't want to turn her. LOL

Yes.. Vamps can go thru the door.. and wake up the sims.. only if the vampire sim has the right powers to do this. Something you may do to hopefully counter it, is to get some garlic and place it around in the bedroom and or house and at the doors. It may not actually stop them from entering.. but it should make the vampire a little less effective.

Also.. unless you use MCC when a vampire quenches their thirst.. such as Vlad in your picture is doing.. he can not actually turn the sim into a vampire, unless your sim actually asks him to.

Yes, if they have the "eternally welcome" vampire power. Considering it's one of the first tier powers you can choose it wouldn't surprise me if that vamp had it.

And if that's vlad, which by the coat & thin hands it appears to be, than he definitely has that power lol.

I know that Vlad also has ' Manipulate Life Spirit '.. and he does use it.. when this is used, it is a 2 day thing.. but also.. when it is used on the normal sim.. it wipes that sim's memory of everything.. family, kids, friends, memories.. everything. And even if the life spirit is restored.. everything still remains wiped. And I'm hoping that is actually a bug.

I'm not sure how much of a repeller it is or effective.. but, get the garlic like I mentioned and place some around your house, and at the doors. Also you can order blood plasma on your computer.. use that beside your bed. .. or place some around the house. I'm not sure it spoil or not though..

When your sim reaches level 5 in the Vampire Lore skill they can use garlic to make garlic braids, wreaths and garlands to deter vampires from entering a lot.

When your sim reaches level 5 in the Vampire Lore skill they can use garlic to make garlic braids, wreaths and garlands to deter vampires from entering a lot.

Just a side note that this might not always work. Some vampires are immune to garlic and will still sneak in.

Though I have been told, that the MCC mod allows a percentage of vampires able to drain their sims to death.

It does loads of things that the official game doesn't. Like some more in depth story progression, etc etc... I don't even know all of the features cuz I have read so many things from it. I don't use it tho but I know a lot of simmers do.

Have your sim do research on the computer about them or introduce your sim to one out in public.

Well best thing to do is set your lot trait to private residence that stops them totally but then you wont have normal visitors either but if vampires bother you this much then set lot trait and stop boo hooing about this stuff
