    Can A "Naked Gardener" Hire A Gardener When Going To Granite Falls?

    With my original toddler "Country Western" now a child his older brother "Onion Dip" spends his alone time being a "Naked Gardener" something he is truly passionate about but never had to time to because toddlers are such a wonderful handful to take care of. As an outdoor enthusiast an aspiration that came with "Outdoor Retreat" his first Milestones requires that he is in Granite Falls (a trip I haven't taken in over ten months in real time so I'm very much looking forward to it) however I'm worried how his plants will hold up while he's on vacation and while the gardener NPC has been added to service your garden on lots now I've never actually used it yet? So can gardeners be used to take care of your garden while your Sim are away? Will the plants wither depending how long your on vacation?

      You can harvest all your plants and then pop them into the household inventory while you are on holiday as yes... plants can die while you are away, which I've never understood as the lot isn't loaded. I've come back from GF to find many a dead cow plant etc. :/

      (Can I hire your naked gardener?) :p

      Yes you can hire him! I'll make sure I'll vacation at short time intervals then! You now...right before they die...at there last breath that's when I'll come back for that last minute save!

      My plants are always "frozen" whenever I'm not my home lot. Meaning they don't grow or mature or die whenever my Sim is out on a community lot or on a trip to Granite Falls.

      This is my experience with plants too :)
