Ok this looks like a fun challenge. Unfortunately, I already have big households running through my Sims world . XD. My original pair had 9 children...I apparently picked the right lot after SIMS City came out because I got Triplets for their first set of babies, Twins , then 1 son. After those had grown up (I have ageing turned off) . My Sims Hubby was abducted and came back pregnant with twin boys. (which I am currently playing with) Their Older Children are now off with careers and starting their lives. One of my Triplet girls died as a teen , My eldest son is married to Summer Holiday's daughter(long story on that one lol) and they are starting their own family .
He is wealthy from bussiness traits. So they currently have 3 toddlers . One toddler was fine , then they had twin boys . Even with a Nanny it's rough. Vincent and Jaessa are expecting again though . Jaessa wants a little girl (ok , I want a little girl toddler XD). I have noticed about traits though that some are easier to do than others. Mine are as follows
Nicholas(first son)
Angelic:
traits are all in the 3's
Cullen (twin 1 from random name)
Charmer:
traits are 2's
Kade (twin 2 )
Independant:
He does not like help with anything and gets angry A LOT !!
trait's 2's and 1's
For those of you with 7 kids.....I salute you. It's tough with 3 toddlers . I can't imagine 7 .

Raising a Toddler can be quite a trying experience. Six at once? Sheer Madness! Join in the Toddler Mania challenge today to test your Tolerance to Toddlers
Hello back to you all Here's my last update for the night, and possibly for the next few days. I will be back though!
Bene and Carol are lovely bigger siblings, they're helping the toddlers out with some of their toys and help around the house by cleaning up puddles and taking out the rubbish and clearing up plates.
Harmony (Toddler 3; Twin) (Fussy) throws tantrums a lot. Didn't like knowing that she had other siblings when she became a toddler. Still seems happy enough to eat what she's given but sometimes struggles to go to sleep when she's put to bed. She feels
With 3 days to age up her skills are at communication (3) Imagination (1) Movement (2) Potty (2) Thinking (1)
Demi (Toddler 4; Twin) (Silly) has some hilarious interactions when she's in a silly mood such as 'Talk about chicken butt' (!) and gets along with her siblings well. She feels left behind when Alto (Dad) goes to work and likes to wander around the house.
Allegra and Alto have just had another set of twins, Harp (Child 5) and Melody (Child 6). Allegra (Mother) has peed herself numerous times due to lack of a working toilet as the one keeps breaking. I've just installed a new ensuite in the parents room. I've begun a garden in the front yard with Rose bushes and Strawberry bushes picked up from the area around the house and they have so far brought a couple hundred dollars to add to the funds.
So that's where I'm at at the moment!
Happy Simming!
P.s - if I knew how to put in photos I would show you my chidlets. I have one child with flaming dark red hair like Merida from Brave, while the rest are all little blondes. (?) haha
Scurrilous has aged to child! Let's see how we did:
Communication - 4/52%
Imagination - 3/38%
Movement - 4/1%
Potty - Mastered
Thinking - 3/76%
Edit: Oh nuts.....I captured the wrong image.
Some tips:
Children can teach to build tower and teach shapes with the stacking blocks.
They can also clean the dirty potties!
Also, if you have a second adult (that's one of the toddlers parents) then you can put that sim in a job but then take vacation days and family leave when available. This way your sims still gets paid for work but can stay home and help with the little ones.
If you would like to post pictures of your sims or builds in the forums , set up an account at a free photo hosting site such as Photobucket or Flickr or use a site such as imgur or tinypic and upload your screenshots from the game to your account or the site. Your photos will be in your screenshots folder that is in your sims 4 folder . The picture button is the button with the little file picture on it above the forum post. After uploading your images to the photo sharing site, right click the picture on the photo sharing website , and click copy. Or you can copy the direct link code that is on the left or right hand side of the site page.Press the picture button above your post , paste the code/address into the box, then press the enter button. Then the image code will be in your post ready to appear when posting your text post,
To add a signature, click the cog wheel at the top of the page. Click preferences. On the left hand side of the page, there will be a link to change signature settings. Click that and you can add a picture ( using the directions given above ) or add text .
Another way to post the picture is to type [img][/img] in the post and put the image code address in between them.
I hope this is helpful for you to understand how to post pictures here.
EuphorialQueen and I are admins over at The Sims Creators Consortium. We are a friendly and free forum for all things sim related. Anyway, our forum has a free photo hosting site and that is where I upload my photos and then simply copy and post the uploading code here. This forum allows only the [img][/img] portion of the coding, so I just remove everything but the img brackets and the coding between them for it to show here.
The code you copy and paste to this forum is highlighted in blue.
Did you know that little darlings can work on several skills at that same time? I didn't....I guess it makes sense since all the other sims can but it makes me happy! Now, if they could just walk around with the wabbit tablet.
Here is something I have found out about toddlers . After a certain level they can "potty" by themselves. Which pleases my Independent Toddler Kade. They can also feed themselves and seem much more eager to eat if they aren't in the high chair.
Angelic is such a adorable child, they are a sweeter version of Independent imo . Nicholas is my first toddler and was always eager to learn everything. He has a sweet personality and loves to hug Blarfy. He is also at the stage of running and walking faster I think he is maxed. He loves giving hugs a lot . So far he is good friends with his parents, brothers, and Nanny.
Cullen has to be around people or he gets sad super easy. He loves being praised. He doesn't like the high chair because people walk away from him. He is almost clingy except that he doesn't have to be held just has to be in a room with people. He also likes playing in the toilet >.>
I am thinking I might buldoze the lot they are on because having a upstairs is really rough. The parents do not take the kids up the stairs , the kids climb up and down them on their own. Which for some reason really freaks me out. We have the only house on the City area . Or Hmm maybe I could just move them from the area and then make them a cute little place.
Jaessa had another boy last night. So she will be trying for a girl again XD (she and I want at least one ) . So She will probably be pregnant very soon XD.
Thanks for all the welcomes! I have been loving the SIMS4 world , I have all the dlc for it. I do not have any mods for it because 1) I do not know where people get them. 2) Other than a few hairstyles or maybe some jewelry , I cant see the need.
But I am off to go make a house and some more babies! Sides I need to get My main gal's daughters married and into the toddler bit . Maybe not as many as Vincent . Cleopatra, Bastet and Janet are career minded ladies. Though Ra and Alexander still need ladies and Ra is a excellent cook . Toddlers everywhere ! XD
@Chiiel29 Such great progress! I too have all the EP/GP/SP Free (Patch) content to date. Must_have_it_all!
No Mods or CC here either as I am happy to play what I have now.
Please keep sharing
Impressive progress @Chiiel29 ! The toilet playing makes me cringe....ewwww...especially sims toilets in this save are always very dirty because they have no time to upgrade anything!
I have everything also. No third party cc for me this time around. I had a ton of it in Sims 3 when I first started playing and had nothing but trouble. Plus I spent most of my time hunting it down and taking it out, I hardly ever had time to play. Don't get me wrong, our creators are extremely talented and I love looking at all of the cc but I just don't have the extra time anymore.
Well, my household is full. I have 2 adults, 3 children and 3 toddlers. Two of my toddlers are ready to age up the next time I open my game. Hurmph, I'll have to wait until someone is ready to move out before I can get my last toddler in.....I'll probably go ahead and add 8 toddlers instead of 7 in total so I can experience all the traits. I saved fussy and wild for last.
@BUTTONSGINGER , I have on my main Jihl and her hubby Kaedalus's house one of the new toilets. Kaed is also handy . He also best friends with the toilet >.>. We also have a maid at our houses.. Well Jihl and Kaed's , Then at Vincent and Jaessa's. The other kids have someone who is neat that cleans a lot. It has been quite a adventure. I am loving the toddler aspect though
@Chiiel29 Oh gosh, BBF with the toilet....BwwwwaaaaHhwwwwwwwaaaa.....that made me laugh first thing this morning, thanks! I've had my second sim concentrating on writing books while home on "family leave" and vacation days....in between toddler duties. Needless to say, he hasn't gotten too many books written.
I am hoping when the first set of twins age up to YA we can get some money rolling in. Can children write books or was that Sims 3? Hmmmmm....
@Buttonsginger Children have the option to write one story/book about their dolls after completing the Creative Aspiration. Teens can start write books.
I'm intending to start this challenge in the next few days, but I had a thought I wanted to share that helped my first foray into multiple toddlers in my main save. If you have GT, have your caregiver sim start a club with their home as the main hangout spot. Then, when your caregiver sim needs a little down time just start a club gathering at your house and the club members will help out with your toddlers. (The club I was calling over were gardeners, so of course they gravitated towards the plants at first, but as soon as everything was up to par in the garden they were more than happy to turn their attention to the tots.) Even better if you can get the club perks to open up the extra member slots, as you can have a whole group of "caregivers" summoned to your house at any time.
@Gabbryrose That's a great idea for the clubs. I haven't tried a club since CL.
I had trouble with one of my children not being able to use stairs after aging from a toddler. I repaired my game and it fixed it but you can also have that sim travel to fix it. How many others have been experiencing these bugs?
