      Just click someone else's trash and click Rummage.

      Click on a garbage can, and choose the "rummage" option, and be prepared to laugh until it hurts! :mrgreen:

      I'm pretty sure you have to have the klepomatic trait. If you have that i think you just have to click on a garbage can..

      If youre sim is not hygeinic you are usually able to click on a households bin at the front of their house, and it comes up with the option to rumage through it.

      if you are a journalist you can write articles about what you find.
      also i think it has to be dark out... but i am not sure

      doesn't matter what traits you have even sims without insane/kleptomaniac can do it.

      Any Sim can "Rummage" through garbage cans.

      Some cans are clickable, some are not.
