    You make some awesome houses!
I haven't seen this thread before, but I really adore your Seabreeze home. The Red Rover Inn looks just as great, especially the outside, how nicely decorated it is. I'd love to just sit on one of those benches by the lake and soak up the sun

Hello all! I am finally back with a new build! I have been working like crazy, so I have been chipping away at this build whenever I could between school and work. In case you couldn't tell, I really love farmhouses. I didn't have enough space to write out the entire description when uploading the lot, so here is the whole description below.

    Sunset Farms:
This spacious farmhouse has everything the rustic family could possibly want. A stocked pond, lemonade stand, shaded dining, harvest stand, chicken coops, bee boxes, cow, fixer-upper car, tractor track with plants, and a playground. The barn is stocked with two horse stalls and plenty of room to add extra items. The stairs in the barn lead down to a nectar cellar. On the main floor of the house there is a kitchen, playroom, dining, office, 1/2 bath, activity room, living room, craft room, laundry/mudroom, and a sunroom. The second floor has a master suite, nursery, playroom, 3 bedrooms and baths, and a small storage room. There is also an unfinished attic.

Sunset Farms is such a very nice farmhouse build! :) The design and layout of the various areas of the build, both in the outdoors areas and interior looks very nice! Very nice exterior design of the farmhouse building! The roofing and the placement of the windows in the build looks very nice. The lemonade stand , harvest stand and wishing well are nice touches in the front areas of the build. Sims will have fun fishing in the pond. The pink flowers in the front garden look very pretty! Very nice harvestable garden area! Sims will enjoy driving the tractor. It is great that there are cow sheds, bee hives and chicken coops in the build. Nice back porch outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The view from the sunroom does look very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table there in the sunshine having a cup of tea. It is a very detailed farmhouse build! The layout of each level of the home looks so very nice! The colour scheme of each of the bedrooms looks very nice. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how the cabinets have been placed on the walls, and the island counter in the middle area of the room. It is great that there is a nectar cellar.
It is a very detailed build so I won't write about all the very nice rooms, details and activities in the home both indoors and outside , but have been enjoying looking at the photos of them.
Sims will enjoy living in your farmhouse home ! :)

Hello, everyone! I am back with a few new builds.
First is a fun seaside amusement park that features an arcade and roller coaster as the main features of the park. With this build, I was trying to create a fun place for students at Univesity to hang out, other than the EA lots already in place, while they are not in class. I wanted it to have a beach kind of feel to it, but the ground can easily be recolored to fit into any world.

You can find all of the pics here

Fun in the Sun Getaway is a very nice venue for sims to have fun visiting! :) It is nice that you have designed it to place in the uni world, for uni student sims to enjoy visiting to have a break from studying. Very nice layout of the build! The rollercoaster looks very great! Sims will have lots of fun riding it! It looks very nice how the picnic tables are set up in the build. The pink colour of the tables and the colour scheme of the furnishings gives a nice feel to the build. Sims will enjoy eating food from the picnic baskets . The ground flooring texture looks very nice. Very nice cafe area! The design of the kitchen area looks very nice! The striped awnings add a nice touch there. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools at the counter eating and drinking food and drinks from the barista bars. The gum ball machines are a nice touch either sides of the cafe area. The gazebo dining area looks great. The ticket booths entrance to the venue looks great! Very nice interior of the venue building! The circles wall pattern looks very nice. Sims will have fun playing the casino games, foosball, pool and the arcade machines, as well as enjoying going bowling. It is great that the basketball games are there for them to have fun playing also.
It is a fun place for sims to enjoy visting! :)

I've looked at all of your builds and I can conclude that you are a fantastic builder!! I wish I had the skills that you have, but unfortunately every house I build ends up being an accidental copy of someone's house! xD

@xDJx_YT thank you! I actually find blueprints online and then make my own tweaks to them so that each house is unique and not exactly like the floor plan or other houses. There are several websites that have a ton of blueprints for pretty much any build style you can imagine if you think that might help you. I hope you keep building! It's so much fun once you get the hang of it. It took me a while to like any of my builds enough to share them. Thanks for stopping by my thread!

@blair2396 I never would have thought about putting the Growing station in the middle of the tracks with the orchard THAT is a epic good space saving idea.

Hi, everyone! I have decided to go back and do some of the Build and Share challenges. I will not be doing all of them and I will still be doing some personal builds in between. Here is Challenge #1 to create your building firm and representative. This build includes the firm, Bradford Builds Inc. and my rep, Blair Bradford, and her assistant, Rose Norwood. I decided to give my rep my name just for fun. Here is the link to the BnS thread
