Hundreds of shots have been taken so far, so I am randomly sampling in order to catch up.
I really am thinking of Edna and Buffy as a kind of Batman and Robin saving the city of Bridgeport from an infestation of vampires and trolls.
Edna and I are a tag team.
She plays fashion cop.
And I am the plastic surgeon.

I just don't care for zombies, so I turn off the moon cyle so I don't get them.
Yeah, me too, I was referring to 'darned Lunar Cycle, I forgot to switch it off' I could live with the zombies when they'd only show up at a full moon, but not with zombies popping up everywhere all day long. And that's what happened in my game, also after they had allegedly fixed that.
Zombies are awfully coded to begin with. It's be nice if they revived dead sims for the night instead of randomly grabbing living people. And you cant even turn them off in normal towns, have to disable the entire lunar system. Awful.

Technically it should be moddable. Whats stopping the same system that spawns the ghosts from the tombstones, from spawning them as zombies with the temporary zombie skintone and the ghost filter deactivated? Feels like such a "rushed for time" feature, with it just grabbing living townsfolk the way it does. I just wall off my gardens these days and leave the cycle on, theres a lot of other features with it I like just enough to deal with the zombies

@Devalaous Yes, I totally agree with you, it is silly and shallow how they use living sims. Such a shame. Wouldn't it have been nice if zombies indeed would have been 'revived' dead sims your sim somehow could save? Either by bringing them back to life or by sending them back to the underworld. I consider the zombies and the moon cycle system a missed opportunity really.

So I have a lot already posted that I need to bring over here.
I am actually playing a newly modded Skyrim and I am totally immersed in it right now.
Yeah, my followers are glamazons.

I need to update this thread with my TS3 game-play though.

I hope you will because I fear I don't actively follow that topic. I do sometimes pop in, but it's a bit too much I like the structure of a seperated story topic.
Skyrim is a beautiful game! My son plays it and I regret the gameplay isn't for me.
I recently played through Skyrim again, but it was before the Legendary Edition came out. I wanted to play through the DLC that I'd never done. I played through Dragonborn but lost interest with Dawnguard. :P I tried to set up Fallout 4 to play how I wanted but I really just don't care for the game much, so I have been back in Fallout New Vegas the last couple weeks.
Oh and Jenassa is one of my favorite followers! I practically collect Dunmer followers when I play, although I tried to mix it up this last time. I also love Erandur!
Cairo is a natural fit for Skyrim and Njada seems interesting and interested too.
Well he's a sad Cairo now.
Somehow Jenassa disappered from my game.
I was playing the Dawn Guard quest line and bought an armored troll because they seemed so cool and I just had to have one for my group of followers.
As soon as I added an armored troll, Jenassa disappeared.
She seems to be missing from the game. I tried playing on without her, but it just sucked away my enthusiasm for the game.
So I am going back with an old save.
Stupid troll wasn't worth it either.

I left everyone hanging here while I went off to Skyrim, Mass Effect: Andomeda, and TS4 la la land.
I have so much to update.
This has been a 4 month long Sims 3 break.
A forum update should help me ease back into it.
Edna and Buffy have nearly finished with beautifying Bridgeport, or as much as I need it beautified.
I haven't been able to cover any of it much this week, but I have the weekend. This was just a town edit, but playing these two sims was really fun, and I learned a few things that I did not know about TS3.
The Vampire fish died.

Oh well, back to goldfish.
Edna Mode continues her attack on unfashionable sims across Bridgeport.
I split up Katelyn Missoni's household because I deleted the only apartment with six bedrooms. (Oops)
Katelyn is already a cute sim, but she gets a slight facial tweak anyway:
Katelyn, Suzy Strummer, and Kirby Wise are temporarily crammed into this trailer park like home.
Since this Bridgeport is going through a technological revolution thanks to Into The Future, some of the towns sims will be sporting future forward fashions.
There will be a few plumbots and hovercars around town.
So these sims will add to that.
Her job is done here.

She must be a pre-made paparazzi made for Bridgeport. I like Victoria. What a serious looking grump.

She almost has a snout. And for almost every sim I edit in CAS I am tweaking the same things.
1) Lowering their cheek bones away from touching their eyeballs.
2) Getting rid of the skeletal cheek structure.
3) Uncramping their jaw
4) Debloating their chin.
I swear EA over-compensates for every simmer complaint.
Simmers complain about Pudding Sims, EA give us slab-faced sims.
Well, I am putting some of the pudding back.
She lost a little character, but she looks more human to me.
