Site Constantly Under Maintenance?

Is it just me or does this happen to anyone else? Quite often whenever I open a new topic to read, it will say the site is down. Then I refresh and the message goes away. It wouldn't annoy me so bad, if it didn't also happen whenever I try thumbing up a post or making a post of my own. Then I have to refresh and can lose what I was writing..

It has been occuring on and off for the last few days. When you are making a post, it can help to keep using the " save draft" feature in case it occurs in the middle of writing the post. Before posting the post, use the " copy" action so that you can then paste it again if issues occur.
