There's a clue... what PAGE did you see this on? THOSE certain mods are probably all ready to go, but coolspear has SEVERAL pages at MTS. I'm thinking that's where any confusion might be coming up.
I think you want to focus on the bold line I did, pretty sure we are in November at the moment so that message is old.

I am not sure if you are adding custom traits that are causing issues, but a simmer has posted that "Tech Genius Trait by Staarchild " has caused issues when hacking.

Hi, sorry I patched last night and it was too late to do anything once it was installed. Then I've been at work all day today. I'll take a look at it later.
Update: it is still working correctly for me. I also compared the file to the new one and there are no changes that I can see. So it should still be working.
Is anyone else having an issue?
If so, which lot traits are affected?
Could it be that the patch disabled your mods? Or did you remove the mods folder when you patched? Are other mods working?

Mods are enabled (I don't think the patch disabled them) and the only other mods I have are a couple of yours - no hire vendor for CL food stands, unlocked purchasable seeds, and Deaderpool's MC Command Center, which seems to be working fine and is all up-to-date too. I'll try removing mods one by one to see if they're conflicting somehow.
Hi, guys. Just to help confirm, all my mods on MTS, as of last night, are now good to go with October/November. All present and correct minus one that has fallen by the wayside. Maxis have fixed the route fail issue when fruit punch bowls sit atop buffet tables. My mod to fix that is no longer required.
BRING ON THE NEXT PATCH, MAXIS. I DARE YOU!!! (Ahhh!!! No!!!!) Today was the first day since City Living released that I actually was able to play my game after all this updating malarkey. All the mods looked good on paper, fixing the coding these last few weeks, but it's nice to get into the game and confirm they work while playing the game. So today, so far, all my updated mods are working as they should.
I'm not sure, but I believe he's working on an update. He fairly often posts about it on Twitter.
