*Any Aspiration/Traits
*May use CC if you like
*Ultimate Goals
-- Complete Rosebud goal of One Million Simoleons
-- Complete City Native Aspiration with either the Founder or one of their Heirs
Start a brand new save and move into cheapest Apartment 1313 21 Chic Street in the Fashion District.
It Must be Unfurnished.
Use cheat to reduce money to Zero Simoleons
-- testingcheats on
-- money 0
Life span on Normal
Surviving
Get to §500 (Five hundred Simoleons) before getting a job/career.
While in your first apartment you can only gain collectables within the city of San Myshuno.
You can collect Snow Globes and Posters and harvest the plants at the festivals.
Only sell these collections as needed for expenses as they come up. This will help avoid your sim spending excess money at the food booths in the common areas.
You may also collect and sell paintings created by other Sims in your neighborhood.
Sell items through personal inventory or Street Sales.
Street Sales:
May use street table and street gallery to sell objects created by your sims.
Your sim may use any object to create things to sell.
Skilling Apartments (like in real life) cannot be expanded so space will be limited.
Utilize the Art Center for easels, musical instruments and even practice Mixology.
Myshuno Meadows has a full kitchen along with the Telescope to gain logic.
Murals and graffiti can increase Painting skill for free.
Unlike the Rosebud Challenge you are encouraged to move to bigger and better apartments within the city.
Before moving in roommates/spouses and especially before adding children (adopted or natural born) you must improve the original apartment and move to a better one.
Apartment must haves:
Lighting in all rooms/spaces
Each living space must have at least two items.
Kitchen: Stove Fridge Counter for food prep (Dishwasher optional) Waste Can
Bathroom: Toilet Shower/Tub
*Ideal to have sink in both Kitchen and Bathroom but they can share a sink if necessary.
Bedroom: Bed and dresser/wardrobe
Living space: Sofa/Loveseat Living Chair End table Bookcase
Misc: Desk or counter with computer and chair.
Curtains/drapes or blinds for each window.
Walls and Floors must be upgraded before moving.
*Tip: Using public bathrooms and community lots will save money.
Wait until after bills are paid to upgrade before moving. This will keep bills lower.

You can choose to sell all furniture when moving or keep it.
