@GreenCats , Maple Heights is an absolutely beautiful modern. The wood tone you used is so rich and warm a contrast against the clean lines and décor. Love all the details with minimal clutter to enhance. Well done

Discription = Three houses on one lot. Perfect for communial living. The Main House has 6 bedrooms, 4 bath, 1 multi use WC. A large family kitchen, Kids play room, Large comfy lounge and a study. Basement = nectary cellar and a empty room for future use. The other 2 houses have 2 bedrooms, a basic kitchenett, 1 bathroom, 1wc, study, lounge. @GreenCats great build with all the clean lines and the minimalist style it kind if makes me think of a truly nice corporate retreat someone might have it also makes me think of the huge nice house in the movie sleeping with the enemy!
@calmorezoo beautiful cottages they have a wonderful feel of fairy tail cottages to them I love the bench area in the middle of them they are decorated well and grate landscaping! I also like the shape of the 2 smaller cottages!

Thank you for the wonderful comment. The shape, well I didnt want the lot to end up looking blocky or reduce the lot to nothing but buildings either.

Before downtown was built, Joe's was the hotspot that everyone ventured to. Anyone that was anyone was seen at Joe's on any given night. Friends would become merry over a pint and watch the sport on TV and patrons would quietly sit near the dance floor watching the pianist tickle the ivories, while the blues singer crooned into the night. Joe's was the best place in town for a night out. As downtown developed and more people moved closer to it, a series of events turned Joe's into Seedy Joe's - ownership changed, the crowd got rougher and then there was the boxcar incident which no one speaks about anymore. Now, only the dregs of society would dare to set foot in Seedy Joe's. The dive bar caters to the devious, mischievous, hardknocks, and the ones down on their luck. Known for its bar brawls, loud and boozy chatter, and grungy decor, only brave people would venture into Seedy Joe's if not a regular. Featuring a smoke-filled illicit gambling room (only to be entered from the rear), pool table room, outdoor horseshoe courts, 3 bars, stage, and television area.
