    Making the Lighthouse work?

    I have a lighthouse in my newest created world(Glaciar City) and during the night, there's the green light on top, but the lights don't spin like they do in Sunset Valley. Is there any way to fix this?

      There's a very helpful thread on Mod the Sims that gives information on importing effects from one world to another and the lighthouse beam is one of them. The thread gives a tutorial on how to get that effect into your own world. It works very well (I've done it before). Good luck! :)

      That tutorial is a bit outdated- you don't really need to do all that now that we have SuperCAW. If you use SuperCAW, the lighthouse effect is already there for you to use. A link to SuperCAW is at the top of that tutorial. :)
