It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds!
Cherry Tree Lane is a very nice home!

Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing looks very nice! The awnings are a nice touch over the windows and nice roof covered front porch. Very nice outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered tables in the sunshine. The flowers look very pretty in the side garden area.The sunflowers there look sunny! It is nice that there is a hedge gate entrance to the lot. The cherry blossom tree is pretty in the build. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks very nice! The kitchen cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the kitchen wall. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the dining table. The living room is very nice! It looks nice the way the sofas are angled there and are placed facing each other. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there near the fire, having a chat, watching tv and enjoying listening to the piano being played. The coat stand is a homely touch in the room and the candles look pretty on the coffee table. Very nice bedrooms! The colour scheme of the master bedroom looks very nice and calming. The unicorn looks cute in the kids room! The kids will enjoy doing artwork on the activity table.
The home is very nice! It is a pretty home

I've felt there is an urban element missing in The Sims 4 so I created these five lots to represent the oldest neighborhood in Newcrest. Two of the lots are just shells, and as tempting as it was to finish them, I did not so that players who enjoy interior design but dislike exterior work could have some fun and create anything they wish with these lots. Wouldn't it be so great if we could have apartments again?

The five builds for Newcrest look very nice!

Each of the builds complement each other well. It is great that two of them are shells that simmers can download and enjoy furnishing the interiors. Your presentation of each of the Newcrest builds in this thread is done very nicely. It was great reading the decscriptions that you have written about each of them. The exterior designs of each of the builds look very nice

I tend to build large family homes but I took a break at one point and built this series of 5 small bungalows for Oasis Springs. Only the teal home has 2 beds and 2 baths. Each lot has a refreshing sparkling pool for your Sims enjoyment.

Each of the Oasis Springs Bungalows look very nice!

They look great placed together in Oasis Springs . It is great that each of them are one bedroom homes, and that there is also a 2 bedroom home in the series. The teal colour of the exterior of the two bedroom home looks very nice. Very nice exterior designs of each of the homes! It is great that there is a pool in each of the builds.

Parkview Bungalow is a very nice home!

Very nice exterior of the home. The dormer looks nice in the build and the bulld colour of the exterior walls looks nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat bench on the front porch. The pink flamingo and plants in the front area are great touches in the build. The enlarged car and garage door looks great! Nice gardening nook for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The kitchen and dining room areas look very nice. The red and white colour scheme gives a very nice look to the rocm. The hanging pots, hot chocolate items, salt/pepper and fruit pictures are nice touches there. The wall clock is a nice home touch. Very nice living room! The fireplace nook looks great! The bunny is cute there.It is nice that the tv is on an angle in the corner. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa watching tv or reading a book near the fire. The family photos look homely.
It is a very nice home

This is a lot I uploaded to the gallery in July. I think that this may be my favorite build so far...toss up between this and Nottoway Mansion. This design was inspired by a houseplan I found and I worked very hard to make sure it had the same "beach house" feel as the original. I think it turned out well. It's a whole lot of space for a big Sim family to live and its got a little something for everyone.

Grey Bluff is one lot in a 5-lot series I call "Windenburg Bluffs." All of these lots are on my gallery page.

Grey Bluff is a very nice home!

Very nice exterior design and layout of the home! The roofing and the upper balcony looks very nice! Very nice outdoors living, dining and pool patio! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ there and eating food in the sunshine at the umbrella covered table, and have fun swiiming in the pool. The flowers and plants look nice lining the edges of the patio. The floral greenery is a nice touch on the exterior walls. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The tropical wall picture and greeen flowers are nice for sims to see when walking along the hallway . Very nice design of the kitchen! The wall tiling looks nice, and the cabinets look great how they are placed on the wall and create the nooks. The sink and bar stools counter looks great. The wall cutlery are nice kitchen touches there. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv or reading a book from the bookcase. The blue colour of the walls looks nice. Very nice light filled dining room! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the dining room windows whilst eating their meals there at the table. The statue is a nice touch in the room. Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar before or after their meal . Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The type of curtains in the master bedroom look nice and the candles add a nice look to the room. Nice windows study desk nook in the other double bedroom, Sims will enjoy using the computer at the desk table, and look out at the views also. The pink colour schrme of the girls room looks pretty. The toy animals in the nursery , and the dinosaur and lady bug rug in the dinosaur themed bedroom looks very cute! Very nice family room for sims to have fun playing the llama tabletop game or card table games whilst listening to juke box music.
The home is very nice!

Nottoway Mansion is an actual former plantation in Louisiana. It's rare to find an old plantation that was not damaged significantly during the Civil War but Nottoway survived unharmed. It is now a museum offering tours of the antebellum home as well as a bed and breakfast with restaurants and shopping. I would love to visit some day. This is by far the largest build I've done so far and it was challenging. The house is fully furnished with the exception of three upstairs rooms. I thought perhaps players would enjoy putting their own personal touches on these rooms.

Nottaway Mansion is such a very nice home!

It is such a very detailed bulld! The exterior of the home looks so very, very nice! It reflects the original real life building so very well! The roofing, type and placement of the windows and the layout of the exterior looks so great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Each of the rooms and areas through the home looks very nice! Very nice dining room! It looks great that there is a long dining table with many seats on either sides of all the family members and friends to enjoy eating meals together at the table. The yellow colour of the dining walls looks sunny and nice. The yellow and the blue colour schemes in the bedrooms look nice,
The build would have taken many enjoyable Simming hours to do! It looks very nice!

The design and layout of Ol Gabby's Shed looks so very great!

The various areas of the room looks so very nice! It looks very nice the way it is both an indoors and outdoors room. The glass roofing over the area where the gardening boxes and planters are looks very nice! The sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants there, enjoying gardening with the sunshine coming in onto them through the glass. The harvested produce is a great touch on the ledge. The workbench nook is very nice! The watering cans, gardening books, and tray of tools are great touches there! Sims will enjoy doing woodwork on the woodcrafting table. The gardening tools, garden hose , tools shelf and coat on the walls give a great look in the room! The wall texture suits the type of room well. It is great that there is a stove heater in the room, to keep the room warm. The alcove area with the wall shelves looks great! It is great that the mysim whom you named the room after is on the shelf. The mounted fish, the potions on the shelf, the wooden item , lamp and pencils look great on the wall and shelves there! The sims will enjoy listening to radio music from the music player whilst gardening in the shed or enjoy taking a break and playing the guitar. The trees patterned floor rug is a nice touch in the room. The sims will enjoy sitting on the seat reading a book from the bookcase. The flooring in both the indoors and outside areas of the room look great!
The furnishing of the shed room areas looks so very great! Thankyou very much for creating the room for this week's challenge !

The different areas of your " A Night in the City" looks great!

Very nice layout of the build! The red carpet front steps entrance to the night club looks great! It is great that you based it on being an old bank that has been turned into a nightclub. Very nice coffee and cafe areas for sims to enjoy sitting at the tables eating food and cupcakes and drinking coffee. They will have fun playing cards on the card table. The brick texture of the interior walls gives a great look to the build. Very nice night club areas! The area with the bar and comedy perfornance area looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and listens to the comedy routine or the piano being played. The marble flooring, the floor pattern, the musical note tile and the sparkles looks great! Very nice dance area! Sims will have fun dancing on the glass dance tiles to the DJ music or enjoy having a drink from the bar whilst watching the other sims dancing. Very nice upper balcony tables and chair area for sims to look down and see what is happening below. Very nice furnishing of NewCrest B and B! It looks very elegant! Very nice colour scheme of the area! The wall paneling looks nice. The type of dining seats used looks nice, and the flowers are nice touches on top of the tables. Sims will enjoy listemimg to the piano music or music from the gramophone whilst sitting at the tables celebrating the birthday. The balloons and streamers are a nice celebratory touch on the wall. It looks very nice the curtains that have been used there. The waiter statue is a nice touch.
The build is very nice!
