    Until Dawn!?

    I've been reading a lot about the PS4 Game - Until Dawn - it looks and sounds really amazing! OMG, just the animations alone, nevermind the awesome story line it has... it blows me away. Really, if you haven't heard of this game yet, give it a Google!
    I do not own a PS4, only a 3. I have been seriously considering buying one because of how badly I want to play Until Dawn. Does anyone here own the game? Is as incredible as it looks? Should I give in and buy a ps4 to play it ? (among other games, hubs is a sports gamer too)
    Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :smiley:

      Have you played Heavy Rain? My son said its like Heavy Rain mixed in with Horror. You can play the game more than once with different outcomes. He also said the graphics are awesome. He loves the game. I would not let him play it in front of me because I want to play it.

      I don't own a PS4 so I don't have the game. I've watched in full a walkthrough on YouTube and the game does look amazing!
      It's making want a PS4 just so I can play it myself.

      It looks amazing, but it's very... very gorey. There's a part I never saw coming.

      I have a PS4 and the game is on my GameFly queue. I've watched a play through on YouTube. The game is all about what choices you make. It effects how the story progresses. Check it out on YouTube if you haven't already. Unless you have other games in mind, don't buy a PS4 just for Until Dawn. :D

      It truly is an amazing game, my boyfriend has a PS4 & he bought the game so we could play it. It's not an incredibly long game (we finished it in one night!) but once you finish that you can always go back and play with different choices and have a different ending each time. What I also love is how if you die in the game that's it for your character, no retries unless you restart the whole game. Makes it so much more thrilling. :)

      this game looks amazing just not sure if it'll last me long for how expensive it still is. How long did it take people to complete?

      Probably like 2-3 hours. The good thing about it is that you have different choices for each scenario which results in a different outcome, so it has a pretty good replay value as long as you try to play it differently each time.

      I saw "Until Dawn" and I immediately clicked into this thread!

      Honestly, I could give you an essay on each character, their changes in psychology, individual issues and motives! I have played that game over and over so many times to the point that I have unbeknowenst to myself, performed psychological assessments of each character! :D

      My favorite character has to be Jessica, who also happens to be the hardest to save... :'(

      Until Dawn is one of my favorite games, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a sequel!

      It's also one of the few games I have a Platinum trophy for.

      The game is well done and I enjoyed it a lot. I hope they have a sequel, it would be amazing. However, they are coming out with Until Dawn: Rush of Blood but it's PSVR only. Unfortunately, I'm late to the party as it's sold out. Oh well, maybe next time.
