Pregnant Sims aging up WAY TOO EARLY.

So I just started a new family. The man and woman are both young adults and the woman got pregnant about three sim days into the game. One sim day later, and the little age bar thing says that she's 0 days away from aging up, whereas her husband is still at about 19 days.

Is anyone else having this issue? This is the second time that I've had a young adult get pregnant early on in the young adult stage and then not long after, it says that she's 0 days to becoming an adult.

Wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this issue.
Thanks!
