  here is my second build. this one is based on my current flat. i live in a city center so the outside has been upgraded to look nicer i tried to keep it under 20k so it can be used as a starter

  It is very nice that you built 55 Corvant Alley based on where you now live @buzz_infamous The home is very nice! The flowers in the front garden are nice for sims to see when coming to the home, and the flowers boxes look nice either sides of the front door. The glass tiling roof over the front door looks great! Very nice layout of the interior of the home! Nice study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table reading a book or using a computer. The wall clock is a great home touch , and the wall devor pictures add a nice look to the area.The yellow colour of the sofa looks sunny and nice. Sims will enjoy resting there reading a book. The plants are nice touches of nature in the home. Very nice bed alcove. The birds pictures on the bedhead wall are nice for sims to see when getting into bed or waking in the mornings. The hanging robe and the items on the shelves in the bag room are nice home touches there. Very nice kitchen and dining areas. The colour/texture of the cabinets and the wall tiling go well together. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the dining windows whilst eating their meals at the table. Very nice outdoors patio for sims to enjoy sitting on the seats there in the outddors air and see the pretty flowers.

  Newest house build:
  
  Three story home, with basement. 4 bedrooms + nursery; 3.5 bathrooms. Basement also contains kitchen/dining area. Third floor is loft area with reading nook, art easel, television and desk with computer.   Three Storey Family home is very nice! @MeggChic Very nice design of the exterior of the home! The flower box windows look very pretty! The flowers, shrubs and rocks at the front and side edges of the home lok very nice! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is great that there is a basement level in the home, and that it has a kitchen and dining area. The loft art nook, study area and reading/watching tv level is very nice.Very nice outdoors dining and pool patio. Sims will enjoy cooking in the BBQ and eating the meals at the table there in the outdoors air. They will have fun swimming in the pool.

  PalmView Apartments is a very nice build! Masajo The design of the exerior looks very great! Very nice outdoors living, dining and pool patio!   New family! This is the most detailed story line I've come up with for a family.
  
  "The Moffett-Sterling Household! Meet Mitchell Sterling, a wanna-be serial romantic with committment and jealousy issues. However, regardless of this, he has married Jo Moffett, a family oriented, cheerful woman who hopes that her husband is in fact "the one." Can these two make their marriage last?   @Manssom I don't know how you get all your colors to look so amazing you are great at color works. Marvelous work sweetie. Back to Nature @Marslakoo is very detailed and beautiful dear.   Back to Nature is such a very pretty home! @Marslakoo Very nice exterior design of the home! The floral rooftop garden, and the flowers and greenery on the balconies, porches and on the edges of the home look so very, very nice ! It looks lovely and very nature themed. The colour of the exterior walls looks nice. Very nice greenery roof topped outdoors dining patio! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals in the outdoors air on the sofa and arnchairs. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The pink , blue and brown colour schemes of the bedrooms looks nice. Very nice study desk nook in the master bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book from the bookshelf. The books and lamp are nice touches on the table behind the bed. Sims will have very nice views of the outdoors through their bedroom windows whilst laying in bed! The open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living rooms looks very nice. The circular dining table looks great! Sims will enjoy eating meals at the table, and the hanging ceiling light is pretty. Very nice sofa seat sitting nook for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv and reading a book.
