Are you kidding me? Of course the youtube comments are negative, most of them are. At least if it's popular, anyway. If something or someone is being highly praised, if someone or something is popular, then it is going to have a bunch of negative comments. It's just how things usually work.

I loved Cool Kitchen, and I don't give a plum if I'm in the minority. The CAS items were great, and I use a lot of the kitchen items in my modern builds.
Before I replaced it with Hogan's burger place, I had an ice cream stand in downtown Oasis Springs that someone created and shared on the Gallery. Was a great place for my Sim to go hang out -- it was very well patronized. I do like the styles of the counters and cabinets, and the stove and fridge are my usual go-tos when upgrading my Sims' homes.

I didn't think I would but I really like cool kitchen stuff. I'm really enjoying using the ice cream maker and my sims love to eat it too. Looked for me a bit boring, but after using it I can't do with out it. Just depends on what kind of game play you like.

How about a nice chapel venue with content for both weddings and funerals and of course space to put our sims that have passed away?
