Can't Build a Restaurant

I can't build a restaurant. I know it's possible because restaurants are always being uploaded to the gallery. Restaurant isn't listed. I can go to restaurants, and edit that lot, but I can't build one from scratch. What's happening? How do I fix it? I only have 1 mod (Go to School). Is that affecting it? Please help. I really wanna try building a restaurant.

I had the same exact problem and I found that the problem was with the Go to School mod. The creator, Zerbu, posted an updated version.

I thought it was the Venue list mod?

Should I try taking out the mod and seeing if that works? I don't mind having it out so..

Remove the mod and see if that helps the issue.
