    How do I demolish a house?

    Im going to have one sim move in with another and want to demolish one of their houses. Its very small and has nothing in it. How do I get rid of it?

      Once the house is empty after you have moved your sim out, go to the town map, tap on the house and all the options come up (add new sim, relocate sim relocate household, demolish house, view house) scroll along to demolish and tap then confirm.
