It took a week. But then Firemonkeys solved the problem on both my tablets. I think that they used the time to make a robot which could do the work for them so that they didn't have to help thousands of people with this problem manually anymore.
If you still have the problem then you have to go to the Firemonkeys support site from inside the game and ask for help too.
