Where can I find .....?

I am looking for some old world build items IE Tudor style, Turn of the century and self built cottage style build items
Also any furniture items fitting into those ideas
Lastly as I want to build my homes and post them on the gallery I want to make one NoCC and the other a CC one Is the easiest way to do this to make a mod folder and when you go to upload the Nocc remove the folder and restart or is it a whole lot more?
Thanks and sorry for all the questions I have spent the last year and whatever staying strictly with in the games items so at a lost as to where to get good Items and all the sites I use to go to don't have sims 4 stuff
