What is your budget?
If you are looking for a desktop, would you be needing a monitor?
If looking for a desktop, is building one yourself an option - building it yourself, having someone you know to build it for you, or get a computer store to build it? If not, a custom retailer (such as CyberPowerPC) would be the second best option.
Are there any demanding games you going to play, such as Grand Theft Auto V, the Witcher 3, and Fallout 4?
