Game won't load

Hi everybody,
My game was working fine until today.
this morning it just get stuck on the loading page. i tried for several hours to close and reopen the game without results.
I also tried to cancel the game and install again keeping my data but when i tried to download my save game it says that is impossible to connect.
So far there's no way to have my game back.
I have a vip4 account and i spend money on that so i'm annoyed for that...
somebody knows what can i do to solve this problem?

A couple of days ago I finally downloaded my old data but I lost 4 levels and a lot of stuff...now I have the same problem again.....got stuck on loading page and i can do nothing...
That's enough...
