  You have to use the Graphic Fix
  if you use leefish's graphic fix Put Graphic Rules.sgr and Config and CSConfig
  If you use Graphic Rules Maker after getting the graphic fix copy Graphic Rules and Video Cards.sgr and paste into CSConfig overwriting the original files.

  Note after doing the fix you do not have to run it as administrator or compatibility mode, in fact after doing the Graphic Fix. Nothing Has to be run in compatibility and/or as administrator
