Origin Most Recent Update - Purchase History Gone

Does anyone know how I can recover all of this myself? Basically ALL of my purchase history is gone save for Sims 4, Crysis and Sims 3 base game. I had all of my EPs on here (which I have on disc) as well as a few EPs I don't have on disc and at least one SP. What the heck happened with Origin? My purchases should ALL be viewable from this page. Does anyone know if there is an email address for EA? All I'm finding is a telephone number or a request for online chat which I've no interest in. Just when I thought EA couldn't make me any more upset.

To find the sims 4 packs, click the sims 4 picture in Origin. Click the little "i" button that is next to the play button. That will take you to a screen that shows you what game packs, stuff packs and eps you own.
