It's been confirmed, it's been described and yes, there will be sightings of mystical creatures (not necessarily a lifestate).

Yeah, I agree. It's always fun when you're trying to get to the secret lot as it's exciting but after that you're like 'meh there's nothing much to do here other than take selfies'.
