  Hello.
  Have you bought medicine from the computer? If your child is unwell, the take medicine interaction should show up for him.
  Another slower way is for him to drink orange juice.
  If the take medicine interaction is not showing up, it means that the game considers that he is getting better. Child sims can only take purchased medicine when they are unwell.

  Combat his cold by having him drink orange juice or taking a nap. There are other ways too. Although you may have a doctor sim in the household, they can't really do anything for illnesses at home.
  You can also order medicine online by clicking on the computer. If the items don't appear in your sim's inventory, try repairing your game.

  ive done both he still coming down with the fever why cant i cure him my selfcant i give him a shot or something like at work

  ive even tried putting a hospital in the world in willow creek and that dosent work i need help here

  Is your child able to take the medicine? Some simmers have found that their child can only take the medicine when they have the sickness moodlet. It may be that they are getting better and that is why they can't take the medicine. Check to see if they have the sickness moodlet, and if they do, try and see if they can take the medicine then, whilst they have the moodlet.

  Sims can't go to the hospital to get well. They need to do it at home.
  
  If the sim has the sickness moodlet, and still can't take the medicine, this cheat will remove all the moodlets, and doing this may make him better.
