    Can you tell if it will be multiples by the size of the pregnant belly?

    My sim took a pregnancy test immediately after trying for a baby, and it notified me she was eating for two. Her belly was pretty big; bigger than it was in the beginning of her pregnancy with her twin boys. I am really hoping it ends up being a single birth.

      I don't think so. I've heard the stomachs are the same size every time.

      Eating for two just means the pregnant Sim and her baby. I don't think it indicates anything other than the fact that she is pregnant.

      No, they pretty much just have different size depending on trimester.

      In Sims 2 it varied on the number of kids and body weight, but some Sims have different sizes. As I've never had twins or more in Sims 4, I can't say.

      Judging from the photos I've seen (I've only played single sims), it looks like each belly holds about three a pop :sweat_smile:

      I think they are all the same size at the end of the day when it comes to determining baby count, but even so, the preg-bellies in this game seem rather bigger than the older iterations and reality. Maybe they carry the bassinet with the baby to full term?

      She ended up having a little girl. She may have gained some weight between pregnancies.

      You can't tell by belly size. If you want multiples though listen to children's music and watch kid's TV.

      bumps tend to be different sizes every time, so you never know really
