EA DOWNLOAD MANAGER ISSUES??

I bought The Sims 3: Late Night on Steam. I transferred it over to my Origin. It downloaded there. When I try to install it, I get an error saying, "Please use The Sims 3 Launcher and update your version of The Sims 3 before installing this product." Then when I go to update my game in the launcher, I get these 2 errors.

Please help me with this!

Hi,

If you are still unable to patch via the launcher, you can download and apply the latest standalone PC base game Super Patcher. To that end, you can check out the following sticky thread:
