    Has anyone else noticed that their Sims FART after eating franks and beans? Is it only this meal? My poor Hope Hinkle has a bad case of gas and has been farting for most of the evening. Hard for her to get romantic with Gerald in this condition. Anyone have suggestions on how to get her to stop?

    Have you noticed any other funny Sim antics?

      I think it's only with the franks and beans...my sim has farted after eating it & than a couples time's in between...happened during a date :)
      Still waiting for Toddlers...

      Sound advice. Your poor sims probably doesn't even like them. You may in fact be torturing your poor sim ... force feeding them franks & beans, then making them sit through the ensuing flatulence.

      You might as well wall them up and let them starve. They'd be just as miserable.

      They will do it more if they are mischievous....I noticed it when one of mine went into the criminal career...

      I discovered Sims 1 summer 2001 when my youngest was 1 yr old.
      I bought all Eps & Sps for Sims 2 as they were released.
      I even bought Sims games for our consoles and handhelds.
      I have bought all Sims 3 Eps & Sps as the were released.
      I have held my grandson while playing. He is now 5 and plays FreePlay.
      I have pre ordered Sims 4. I have the Sims 2 mouse and waiting on Sims 4 mouse.
      I have a Freezer Bunny tattoo and a bracelet tattoo of the Sims 2 aspirations.

      YES! I am addicted to The Sims no matter the form.

      Speaking of mischievous Sims! My maid keeps stealing my tablet and purchased books. If she keeps this up I am taking it out of her salary!! The nerve of some people. Don't they know that Gerald was up half the night collecting rocks and selling them just to scrape up enough cash to feed him and Hope?! SMH!

      I moved the camera over to the park area and found a random tablet in front of the bench. Wow. No one was around. I didn't go pick it up though although the options to use it was available.

      Welllll it was mostly out of laziness. The Pancakes were running their bakery at the time and didn't feel like dragging them way over to the park area to pick it up. Now I'm curious if it's still there. But I shut the game down 5 minutes ago. lol (note to self)

      I haven't been too interested in using maids in this game, since when I first tried one out, I never saw the person even arrive. It's my understanding this has been fixed. As far as having one steal, I do recall in TS2 and/or possibley TS3, if you couldn't pay the maid, they would take something comparable to their fee. One stole the toilet, once. :(

      And yet he has a maid... maybe that's why she's stealing because he's poor and can't pay her.

      Nope she gets paid well. They are barely getting by but they are meeting the bills. She is just CRAZY!

      More LOL!

      In real life, I have a calico cat. She is the sweetest most loveable cat...by day. At night she goes bat-crazy! SO I have renamed my cat cause she is obviously a double agent. I address her in the voice of Edna Mode from the Incredibles.

      By day she is Bumblebee Tuna but at night....she becomes SPICY TUNA!

      Don't forget the accents now. lol

      I don't think its because of just the Frank and Beans! My Sim Lady Dr. has the "slob trait" and she passes gas all the time and has never ate the beans :o She will be examining patients and pass gas all the time! Never happened to the other Sims I made until I started using the slob trait :s unless, of course they ate beans!

      I gave her the slob trait because I was tired of my Doctors going to work and being "uncomfortable" because there was a puddle that needed mopped or trash laying around. Slob works great for my Doctors because the mess don't effect them. I still make them clean everything but at least they don't get that uncomfortable mood all the time, LOL

      @charlotteprice Great idea about the slob trait! I have done house keeping for doctors in real life and I don't think your too far off! They just don't have time to clean all those over night shifts ya know.
