My housemate is playing on a 2014 MacBook air (1.4GHz 13 inch) and can gets the settings on medium with no edge smoothing at the native 1440x900 at around 20fps
me!! I play on medium settings and it runs pretty smoothly. I used to run it on low, but I got pretty annoyed seeing the sky in that dull navy blue color. The only negative is my fan runs pretty loud whenever I play, but that's not enough to stop me, I usually just put in headphones or something
Me. I tried increasing them to their highest out of curiosity and when I reverted the changes it set everything to low. Which is ridiculous since I know my computer can handle it
Hey! I'm playing on the Macbook Air too and these are what my game has been running on with little interruptions:
I adjusted my graphics as Sims: Medium, Objects: Medium, Lighting: Medium, Reflections: Low, Visual Effects: Medium, Edge Smoothing: Low, 3D Scene Resolution: Low, and View Distance: High. Hope these settings will work for your Macbook Air.
PS: Those fans are super annoying, but it's a small price to pay (hear) for this awesome game! :)
