    Hi all. This is my showcase of lots which I have built. I will be updating the showcase as much as possible. I build homes, public lots and very occasionally upload rooms.

    A bit about me: I've been a simmer since The Sims 1 and have had every game since (its an addiction ;)). My favourite sim games have been The Sims 1 Making Magic, The Sims 2 OFB, all of "The Sims Stories" collection, The Sims 3 University and now I am a huge fan of The Sims 4. I love building and I'm generally a legacy style player so my builds tend to lean towards this style of play but I also enjoy the challenge of making starters.

      Hi all, this is one of my favourite creations and I'm actually currently using this home for my current legacy family. I have two versions of this house up, Suburban Dream and Suburban Dream 2.0. The only differences are a few extra decorations in 2.0 and the bedrooms are decorated for each of my sim family's children who are now all teen or above in age. This house is huge and is brilliant for parties! I hope you like! :)

      Hello :) It is great that you have set up a showcase for your builds. Suburban Dreams 2.0 is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing is very nice! It looks nice that you have used the stone texture for parts of the exterior. The open shutter windows look nice how you have used and placed them in the home. Very nice front porch! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels there. The flowers look so very pretty how you have placed them on the porch railings and along the edges of the porch and home! The circular flower features in the front garden are nice for sims to see when coming to the home. The wall lights on the front exterior near the door are welcoming. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown colour of the walls through the home looks very nice. Very nice layout of the home! The flowers on the table near the front door are nice for sims to see when entering the home. It looks nice how you have placed the angled walls in the foyer section, and have placed the pictures and bookshelf on them. Very nice study desk alcove room! Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer with the sunshine coming in through the windows. The flowers look very nice how you have placed them on the window ledge and on the curved counter. It looks great how you have the shelves in the study with the mysims statues on them! The plaques look great how you have placed them on the study desk wall for the sims to like seeing whildt sitting on the study desk chair. The elements table is a great touch in the room. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The green and grey colour scheme of the master bedroom is nice. It looks nice how you have placed the lights on the bedhead wall. The clothes shelf is a nice home touch on the wall. It looks nice how you have placed the different coloured rossettes in a vertical row on the wall. The black circular rug looks great how you have placed it over the green rug to create a nice look in the room. The yellow and brown colour scheme of the master bathroom is nice. Nice chess playing nook. Sims will have fun playing chess there, and the picture on the wall there adds a nice look to the area. Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen! The green colour scheme of the room looks very nice. The curved counter tv and tea making nook counter is very nice! The leafy and the fruit pictures on the walls eithdr sides of the counter are nice for sims to see whilst watching tv or making a cup of tea. The hsnging pots and the cereal box items are nice kitchen touches in the room. The patterned floor rugs look nice how you have placed them in the room. Very nice living room! It looks very nice how you have placed the sofas and armchair in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there having a chat and watching tv. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets aroubd the edges of the tv alcove! The blossom plants are nice for sims to enjiy seeing whilst sitting there. The picture frames and books on tv wall ledge are nice home touches there. Sims will enjoy looking out at the outdoors views through the windows. Very nice alcove where you have placed the pictures on the walls and have the candles and sunny sunflowers on the table! It looks very nice! Very nice windows dining area. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst dining there. The flowers on the table top are nice for sims to see to see whilst eating their meals. Sims will enjoy painting outdoors in the air on the easel on the patio. The pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom is nice, The wall pattern is pretty. The butterflies picture on the wall is nice for her to see when sitting at the study desk. The purple and brown colour schemes of the other bedrooms look very nice. The wall and floor tiling in the bathrooms looks nice.
      It is a very nice home :)

      These are nice, I like how the rooms feel like they have their own personality but work together and i like the placement of mirrors in the girly bedroom. good job :)

      Both the suburban dream and the bar looks wonderful! Love the way you have decorated. I especially love the living room in the suburban home. :)

      Luck O The Irish is a very bar! :) It suits St. Patrick's Day! The exterior design and layout of the building is very nice! Very nice roofing! It looks great! The combination of the stone and wooden texture of the exterior of the building looks very nice. The dome type windows look very nice how you have placed them in the build. The flowers look very pretty how you have placed them on the edges of the building. The flower cart and the lavender bushes either sides of the front door are nice for sims to see when entering the venue. Nice outdoors dining table nook for sims to enjoy having a drink outdoors in the air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the venue! It looks very nice how you have placed the bar counters. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. The flowers on the counters are nice for sims to see when sitting there. The wall paneling is nice. Very nice fireplace sitting alcove area. Sims will enjoy sitting at the table there having a drink, or have fun playing games on the card table whikst warming up in front of the fire. The yellow flowers picture on the wall and the pictures on the fireplace wall are nice for sims to see when sitting there. The menu boards on the bar area wall add a great look to the area. Very nice dancing and music area! Sims will have fun dancing to the stereo music, or enjoy listening to the background music whilst sitting at the tables drinking. The sunflowers picture is a nice sunny sight for them to see when sitting or dancing there. It looks nice the type of and how you have placed the floor rugs in the build. The wall and floor tiling in the bathroom looks very nice. The leafy and the scenic pictures on the walls and the candles on the table are nice touches for sims to see when in the bathroom.
      It is a very nice Irish pub :)

      Hi all

      Today I have a new public lot. A Community Library and I hope you like it! :) I wanted it to have a very local and community feel, like a big house the whole neighborhood can meet at. There is room for weddings in the back garden also.

      Sunflower Library is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting! :) The exterior design of it as a big house looks very welcoming and nice! It creates a very nice look and feel to the library. The exterior is very nice! The roofing and the textures of the exterior is very nice. It looks great how you have used the stone texture in the build. The open shutter flower box windows add nice touches to the exterior. Very nice wraparound porch! The flowers look very pretty how you have placed them on the edges of the porch. Nice sitting area on the porch for sims to enjiy resting on the seat bench watching other simmers coming to the library and the flowers vase beside the seat is nice for them to see whilst sitting there. Very nice back outdoors areas! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers there. The water fountain feature is nice. Sims will enjiy sitting on the seat bench or at the umbrella covered table, enjoying the outdoors air and nice surroundings. The floor lantern lights are pretty. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the venue! The shape of the front desk counter is very nice! The coat stand and the tissue box on the counter top are nice homely touches there. The sunflowers picture on the wall is nice and sunny for sims to see when coming to the front desk. The wall panelling looks nice. The sofa seating sitting area is very nice! It looks great how you have a wall of bookcases. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there reading a book. Nice chess table nook beside the staircase. The study desk area is very nice! The green patterning of the walls gives a nice look to the area. Sims will enjoy sitting there at the desk tables using the computers, with the sunshine coming in through the windows. The patterned floor rug looks nice wuth the wall pattern. It looks nice how you have the different coloured plumbob lamps on the shelves in the corner of the room. Very nice kids area in the library! The animal patterned wallpaper looks nice. Children will have fun doing science experiments at the science table or enjoy sitting on the sofa having a read of a book. The study desk nook is great for sims to sit at the table and do homework. The dinosaur toy and the animal pictures on the wall there look cute! The dinosaur floor rug looks great there. The different coloured rosettes on the wall are a nice colourful touch in the room. They will enjoy playing the violin.
      It is a very nice library :)

      Today I have another community library I have built. This is a very modern and very bright build and it features a reading area, a computer hub, a children's area for study and an artist's nook. There is also a chill out zone for refreshments and coffee. I hope you like it!

      Hi everyone.

      Here is another new residential build. This is a perfect house for a legacy family. My current legacy family expanded recently and so I had to build them a new home. Cadance Crescent was the result and it works perfectly with a full 8 sim family! It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (each bedroom has an ensuite plus a small wash room downstairs for the family), a large kitchen and dining area and a living area for the whole familyI hope you like it! :)

      Each of your new builds are very nice! :) The exterior design and layout of Chocolate Orange library is so very nice! Very nice roofing! It looks very nice the type of and how you have used the windows in the build! It looks a very nice light filled library for sims to enjoy coming to for reading a book, paibting and studying, and enjoying the sunshine coming in through the windows as well as looking out through the windows whilst indoors. The water fountain features and the flowers in the front area of the build look so nice! The upper balcony with the flowers and water fountain sculpture looks lovely! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the library! Very nice computer study desk area! It looks very nice how you have placed the plants between the desks! The yellow flowers pictures look very effective how you have placed them in a diagonal direction on the side wall! They are a sunny sight sight for sims to enjoy seeing whikdt sitting there using the computer. Nice window chess playing area. Sims will enjoy looking out at the views whilst sitting there having fun playing chess. Very nice armchairs sitting and reading area! It looks very nice how you have placed the bookcases there. The corner nook with the books on the counter looks very nice! It is great that you have a children's area where they can sit at the desk doing homework or can enjoy doing artwork on the art table. The giraffe, lady bird and ladybird picture look cute there! Sims will enjoy the nice views and sunshine through the windows whilst painting on the easel. It looks nice how you have set up the tables and chairs to create an area where sims can get a drink or a meal from the fridge or microwave and enjoy dining at the tables together. They will enjoy watching the tv whilst sitting there. The exterior design of Cadance Crescent is so very nice! The roofing and dormers look so very nice! The flowers along the edges of the home look so very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The photos that you have taken of your sims and have placed on the walls look so very nice! They add such a special and personal touch and nice look to the home! It looks great how you have placed the collection of my sims items on the shelves in the study! Very nice colour schemes of the bedrooms! The design of the kitchen is very nice! Very nice placement of the kitchen windows! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst cooking. The yellow flowers on the dining table are a nice sunny sight for sims to enjoy seeing whilst eating their meals. The patterned floor rugs look nice how you have used them in the rooms, adding nice looks to the rooms and areas. Very nice living room! It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there, for sims to enjoy sitting having a chat together. They will enjoy sitting resting thrre watching tv or reading a book. The wall of photos looks so very great! Sims will very much enjoy looking at the photos! Cranberry starter is a very nice home! The red colour of the exterior looks nice. Very nice layout of the interior! The animal pictures look cute on the wall of the nursery!

      Sunflower Starter is very nice! :) The yellow colour of the exterior looks sunny and nice. The stone texture of the open shutter bay window area looks nice. The roofing is very nice! Very nice front porch! The flower boxes on the porch railing and the sunflowers either sides of the front door are so pretty for sims to enjoy seeing when entering the home! The yellow flowers in the front garden are a nice touch too. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The purple/pink colour scheme of the living, kitchen and dining area looks nice. Very nice sofa and arnchair sitting alcove. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there having a chat and enjoying the sunshine coming in through the window. The circular floor rug looks nice there, and it looks nice how you have placed the tall light between the chairs.. The plant is a nice touch of green and nature there. Very nice window dining nook! Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst dining. The type of seats that you have used there looks nice. The cutlery looks great on the wall there. The butterflies picture on the wall is pretty for sims to see when entering the kitchen area.
      It is a very nice starter home :)

      Hi! Suburban Dream- neat classic house, very nice green kitchen. The whole house nicely decorated with your own images. Bravo! Cadance Crescent- beautiful shape. A wonderful collection of family foto.Starter- neat little house and a great selection of walls.
