Q1 - in the TV show he is family oriented so definitely that trait, and any that fit around that.
Q2 - I must admit I hadn't even thought of that - if only there was a police career!
Q3 - maybe charisma, fitness and cooking (so I don't set him on fire the first time I play him!)

-That's absolutely fine!
Q2= Parking do you still want some and do you want any other form of transport added ?
-Parking only if room and aesthetics allow. It's not important if you need the room for something prettier or more interesting. No other transportation needed.
Q3= Do you have all the arcade games from the sim3 store?
-I have all except the ones that came in the Mystery Bags.
Q4= Are there any other skill items you would like on the lot ?
-Nothing else is needed. It's mostly just for a hangout. If there's room or you think it should be there/looks good then I trust you.

I have a question on furnishing do you want it old style gothic or modern ?

not really about all I mess with is cats, dogs, & sometimes I let my simmies catch birds
