Springtime Victorian is very nice! The exterior design of it is looks so very nice! The tower and the roofing is great! Very nice patterns, colours and textures that you have used for the exterior. It looks very nice how you have the curved upper balcony. The wraparound porch is very nice! The plants look very nice how you have placed on the edges of the front porch, and the water fountain in the back yard looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there facing each other for sims to enjoy having a chat. The teaset looks homely on the coffee table. The sims will enjoy sitting there watching tv, warming up near the fire or have fun playing chess with the sunlight coming in through the window. The birds on the wall there are nice touches in the room. The patterned floor rug there is very nice. It looks nice how you have used arches to go from the living room to the kitchen. The kitchen is very nice. The pattern on the wall looks nice, and it great how you have placed a circular window there for sims to enjoy looking out through when cooking. The fruit bowl on the counter and the plates wall decor in the nook area are nice kitchen touches for sims to see. Very nice corner eating nook! The type of bow chairs that you have used there are nice, and the orange colour of the seating through the home gives a very nice Spring time look to the home. The flower plant on the table is nice for sims to see when eating. The dining room is very nice! It looks very nice how you have created the longer dining table! The many seats along the sides of the table and at the ends of the table look great. It looks very nice the type of and colour of the curtains there. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the dining table. The blue colour of the seats is a nice reminder of spring skies. Very nice bedrooms. The colours and patterns that you have used for the bedroom walls are nice. It looks nice the patterned floor rugs that you have placed under the beds. It looks very nice in the bathroom how you placed the sinks either side of the dresser, have angled walls with mirrors on it and have candles on top of the dresser. The curtains look nice in the room. Very pretty pink bedroom. The vanity table there is nice.

Santa Fe is a very nice home! Very nice design of the home! The texture of the exterior and roof is nice, and the roof decor looks very nice on the roof and chimney. The roofing is great! Very nice front pool/pond! The shape of the pool/pond is great! It looks nice how you have placed the plants and rocks on the edges of the water. It looks nice the awnings that you have placed over the windows. The back patio deck is nice. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating under the umbrella at the table, enjoying the nice sight of the water fountain in the corner. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The dining room is very nice! It looks very nice the type of windows that you have used there and how you have placed the curtains. The patterned floor rug under the table looks nice. The flower cart in the corner and the plates on the wall are nice for sims to see when dining. Great study desk corner nook area for sims to enjoy sitting there having a read. The yellow flowers picture on thecwall is nice for sims to when sitting there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the kitchen! The fruit bowls on the sink and bar stool counters menu board , the hanging pots and the cutlery on the wall are nice kitchen touches there. The fruit pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see whilst cooking meals. The texture of the interior walls looks nice. Very nice living room! It looks great how you have angled the sofas there. The bookcases look nice how you have placed them either side of the fireplace. Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofas listening to the grand piano being played whilst sitting there watching or reading a book. The plants look nice on the table between the sofas. The piano nook corner is great, and it is a nice touch that you have placed a musician themed picture nearby on the wall. Very nice furnishing of the bedroooms. Very nice window armchairs sitting area in the first double bedroom! The patterned red floor rugs there and under the bed looks nice with the red colour of the curtains. Sims will enjoy playing the musical instruments in their bedroom. The cactus plant there is great to suit the type of home. The toy animals are cute in the kids room! It looks nice how you have placed the clothes rack into the corner nook of the bedroom. Very nice bathrooms. The double sinks with the cabinet in between them in one of them looks nice. Very nice bathroom nook area with how you have placed the counters and mirrors in the corner of another of the bathrooms. Very nice master bedroom! The red flowers on the bedside tables and the picture on the bedhead wall are nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings, and it looks very nice how you have placed the curtains on the bedhead wall. Just checked out Santa Fe in the Gallery last night, and I really liked it! Beautiful job with the exterior and landscaping, and such nice, detailed work inside. My favorite interior area is your kitchen and dining - I just love your layout and style/color choices there!

The modern exterior architectural design of Modern Geometry is very nice! The textures of the exterior are nice and it looks great how you have placed the windows in the build! The diamonds water fountain feature looks very nice! It looks great how you have placed the hedge fencing along the middle of the front pathway. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The curved bar counter in the kitchen is nice for sims to sit at and eat meals. It looks nice how you have placed the white armchairs either side of the fireplace for sims to enjoy warming up and chatting in the living room. The orange colour of the sofa is nice with the white of the chairs. Great back patio pool area. It looks nice how you have angled the master bed and placed it into the corner in the master bedroom.

It looks nice how you have used the different types of windows in the build. The textures and colours of the exterior look nice. Very nice rooftop pool patios! It looks very nice how you have the hedge fencing on the edges of the rooftop patios. Sims will have fun swimming in the pools there! Nice sitting areas on the patios for sims to enjoy sitting on the seats in the sunshine. They will enjoy having a drink from the bar at the umbrella covered table. It looks great how you have done the stairs up to the patio with the bar counter on it, and then have stairs up to the upper level patio. It looks nice how you have the water around the edges of the home. The fish water fountain features look nice in the front of the home. Very nice pool area on the left hand side ground level of the home too. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! Very nice layout of the room! The orange, brown and black colour scheme of the room looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the armchairs and sofa there in a circle around the coffee table. Sims will enjoy sitting there chatting, watching tv and having a drink from the bar. The bar counter window alcove is great! The drinks display cabinet on the wall is a nice touch there. The patterned floor rug looks nice with the colour scheme of the room. Sims will enjoy either playing the grand piano or enjoy sitting there listening to the music being played. Very nice open plan kitchen and dining room. The design of the kitchen is nice. It looks nice how you have placed the bookcases either sides of the desk and have placed the shelves with items on them on the walls in front of the desk. The items on the shelves are nice for sims to see when sitting there reading or using the computer. The yellow colour of the desk is a nice sunny touch here too. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms. The brown and green coloured bedroom and bathroom are nice. Nice corner nook armchair fireplace sitting area. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed. It looks very nice how you have angled the bed onto the corner of one of the other bedrooms. It is a nice light filled bedroom for sims to enjoy the sunlight coming into the bedroom through the windows. The blue wall tiling in the accompanying bathroom looks nice, and the scenic picture on the wall is nice for sims to see whilst bathing in the bath tub. It looks nice how you have positioned the beds in the single beds room, with the bedheads angling into the corner end table. The blue and yellow colour scheme of the room looks nice. The sunny sunflower picture looks very nice on the blue coloured wall tiling in the kids bath room, and the black furnishing looks stylish.

The covered over front porch entrance is very nice, and the flowers on the front edge of the home is nice for sims to see when they come to enter the home. The flowers look pretty on the side of the home. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The colour and texture of the kitchen walls looks nice. Very nice kitchen! It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets and the sunflowers on the counter are a nice sunny sight for the sims to enjoy seeing whilst cooking meals or sitting at the bar stool counter. The open shutter bay windows are nice and it looks nice the type of the fencing that you have placed around the edges of the lot. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and plants on the edges of the front fencing and on the front of the building. The left and right hand side trees in the front yard give a nice look to the home too. Very nice furnishing of the interior! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets around the tv and fireplace in the living room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and arnchairs there watching tv and warming up near the fire. The pink floor rug looks nice there, and the pictures on the side wall are nice touches in the room. Nice study desk nook! It looks nice how you have angled the desk and placed the light behind the desk. The pink bowed seat and brown desk look nice together, and the pink of the chair looks nice with the floor rug. Nice bookcase corner. Very nice dining room! The patterned floor rug looks nice under the table and it looks nice how you have a long dining table there with seats on both sides and at the ends, so that all the sims can eat meals together at the same time. The fireplace will keep sims warm whilst dining. The wall pattern and paneling is calming for eating meals. The kitchen is very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets on the walls and the circular window is nice for sims to look out through at the views whilst cooking. The knife block and fruit bowl are nice kitchen touches on the island table. The wall tiling looks nice. It is great that you have double stoves in the kitchen. The blue and yellow colour scheme of the kids bedroom looks nice. The books look great that you have placed them on the dresser. Nice corner toy nook for them to have fun playing with toys from the box. The white and red colour scheme and wall pattern of the master bathroom looks very nice. It looks nice how you have a corner of double sinks, and have placed towels on each of the walls in the corner. The plant is a nice touch of green there for sims to enjoy seeing. Very nice master bedroom! Nice colours that you have used for the room. The candles are nice on the fireplace ledge, and the plant is nice for sims to see when looking at the mirror . Very nice back patio pool area! The back porches are nice. It looks nice how you have the left and right hand side steps that lead down to the pool. Sims will have fun swimming or resting poolside under the umbrellas on the seats at the tables.
