Can I Live in the Outdoor Retreat Location?

From what I hear it is only a vacationing location but do you think we could actually live there if we want like on a campsite or in a cabin or something?

It was said by Simguru Sarah that time continues to pass in the home world when your in the vacation so if your sim has a job they will lose it if their gone to long.
