Since we just got the careers patch yesterday witch some of us are kinda happy about, They are now releasing a game pack with a new world and activities as well as new interactions, Does it mean The Sims 4 could get a lot better?

The Sims 4 will be way better than all of the previous Sims games combined when expansions and stuff packs start rolling out.

Thats what I thought, it seems EA are now tying up loose ends giving us ghosts, pools and 2 careers that were missing, Now they need to add toddlers, cars, hot tubs, CAW, Create a style, missing community lots and they will have a lot of happy players again.

Could you post a link to the new pack they are releasing?
I can't find anything about it anywhere.

I think it certainly has that possibility. Every expansion pack with any Sims game typically made the game better, but will TS4 be better than TS3? And if it does end up being better, how long do you think it would take? Would it even be worth it if it took too long, for example, say 4 EP's in?
I'm interested to see what happens to the game, since so many already consider it a flop.

Is it getting better? My opinion is no.
    Could it get better? Yes.

But it will all depend on the choices they make and how their content will turn out like.

I expect things like more community lots CAW and hot tubs will be in a expansion at this point but sure hope they add in Toddlers and fix the other life stages before moving on to the next expansion pack.
Sims 4 went from "You Rule" to "One of the stories we want you to tell"

They just added the life stage when you hover over any sim so they won't be changing that at all lol.

Lose the loading screens ... or at least make it so theres less of them , then i'll be happy

As for the new pack .. I dont remember the fans shouting for camping stuff ... I do however recall lots of shouting for toddlers , cars , CASt , a more open world , family trees etc etc etc

Yeah sure EA are listening to us *sighs*

Of course it could. Whether or not you think it is as content is released is up to you. General you, I mean...up to the individual.

Outdoor stuff was on one of the surveys, I guess the people who took it expressed a lot of interest in it.

The way things are going I think so! Having no ghosts honestly almost made me not buy the game but here they are! They seem to be adding a lot of things to help improve the game and give the fans what they are asking for. And yes I know we don't have toddlers yet, personally I don't see them coming out straight away, there is a lot of work that goes into them, especially if you want to make them a lot better that the friggen sims 3 toddlers. If the wait means better and less demonic toddlers than so be it, I will wait! Personally I like the wait ^^ I get to spend some time with my couple before having to worry about the family.
Keep calm and sim on friend-os!

**Icon image is of my character, drawn for my by fellow artist ^^ I always play out him and his gal's story in the sims, going to be exciting to bring it to the sims 4!**

One thing is for sure, it most likely can't get any worse, so logically it can get much better.

It depends on their approach, really. They need to at the very least make the mini-neighborhoods open. The more content they stuff into TS4, the longer the loading screens will get. I'm not keen on going back to 2-3 minutes to go to a lot, much less going back and forth. A mistake can be fixed. Granted I'm not holding my breath nor having high expectations, and there's a lot more functionality that works just like in TS1 and TS2 which needs to be revamped, but is it possible? You bet it is.

By now you've worn out your copy & paste to the point it's spammy. It's not even funny anymore but hey, your call. You missed in my opinion. Unless you have actual programming and development standpoints for which you can justify said statement? I'd be more than happy to discuss with someone that does, given from that point, a game can morph into anything, literally.

You know, people who simply bash TS4 without any substance or proper criticism are just as troll-like as those who do the opposite. Take it as you will.

The maturity right there is insane. Go outside and take a break, that attitude and wording is uncalled for.

Could Sims 4 get better? Yes, it depends on how much time and effort EA is willing to put into it to change the mess they created. If they do that I could see Sims 4 being a great game, otherwise no I don't think it will get better.

Between the CC/Modding community and Maxis incremental improvements, it's looking better for me. I am actually mucking around with it again.

It had a really bad start and in reality, companies wouldn't bother doing anything to improve what was considered a failure.

    They need money.
