Yeah I want a Ps4 and then something old fashion like Nintendo 64 sucker still works
iPod docks like those water dancing speakers
dual or triple screen computers
cameras (on tripods) so sims can do simtube
My Mood:
Standup video games/pinball games for both home and commercial venues.
Dance floor for proper dancing (facing your partner instead of just moving next to them) and slow dancing -- maybe even bring back group dances like the Smustle.
Digital cameras and digital photo frames that can hold/display the photos on a rotating cycle, and video cameras where you can show the videos on the TV (like we had in Sims 3 Generations).
Actual pastry oven that can bake pies and cupcakes -- that cupcake machine is a monstrosity that doesn't fit in most houses.

toaster would be cool
a deep fryer
Juice maker
Washer and Dryer
Dishwasher
I totally agree on the fans, they were so cool to have in The Sims 1
We should totally get this, but add in the jam stove from the Sims 1/Sims 3 so we can put jam on the toasts
wok for Asian cuisines
ice cream machine
pop tart toaster
food processor
juicer
functional exhaust fan over the stove
heater/cooler(not decoration), has to be functional.
ceiling fans/light, functional
update the phone/camera
new unusual computers
wall phone, desk phone
old fashioned typewriters
pizza oven
Vacuums
Blenders for smoothies and milkshakes
Juicer because we all know our sims love their juice
Toaster oven for pizzas and other stuff
small cupcake maker because the one they have now is too big for their kitchen
Chopper
Food processor
Waffle maker
Meat grinder
Tabletop grill
GPS once we have cars
E Reader similar to Nook or Kindle like we had in TS3
Printer/scanner
Paper shredder
Pencil sharpener that's functional
Home security system that works in the whole house as one unit. Includes surveillance cameras that the sims can watch your every move
Portable DVD or Blu ray player
Handheld gaming system like Nintendo DS
More options for cell phone such as texting, apps, music, more services such as butler, Chinese takeout, takeout for sandwiches, handyman, firefighter, police once we have burglars
That's a good idea.

More when I think of it...
Definitely the upright piano -- I've suggested that before but didn't think of it here because it's not technically an "electronic" item (unless we have something like the electronic keyboard from Sims 3 LN). I also like the additional instruments; might have to decide which ones would have a child's version if any (like there's the child's violin in game). I really like the fact that kids can play piano and violin; when they took that away in Sims 3 I was really upset about that.
And I like the claw machine but it should actually cost Simoleons to try and get something. Either bring back the Lucky trait or modify the Geek trait where they have a greater chance of getting a rare item (like a crystal, element or MySims figurine), and Unlucky trait or Clumsy would have greater chance of failure. (Guess if you had a Clumsy Geek like Liam O'Dourke the two would cancel each other out and they'd just have a normal chance of success.)
Since you can play games on your mobile phone or get the tablet, not sure the handheld games would be necessary.
