Maybe I overlooked it but I noticed I didn't see a trash can to get rid of Maxis or Custom outfits in the TS4 CAS nor do I see a trash can in the buy mode to get rid of Maxis and or custom objects etc in buy mode.
I would like to know or understand why not?
Example: If someone doesn't like what Maxis installs in a patch such as sweaters and or shirts in the TS2 we could just simply delete content from CAS. I love The Sims, but to be honest I don't love every outfit they create and was happy in the TS2 if I didn't want to see a townie wearing a hat and or a shirt I don't like I could simply delete them from the game in CAS.
Same for content I don't like that Maxis may add to the game. I could simply delete them from the game in buy mode.
I hope you will return that freedom to the players. Thank you much.

Some may think there are more important things, however, while EA is adding things to the game they might have a spare few minutes to slide this into the game. I know I don't want to delete a whole pack of DLC but there were times in the TS3 I wanted rid of one or two things so, I think giving players back the trash can from the TS2 game is a good idea as long as it works correctly.
(Also, I agree. We need a way to dispose of unwanted clothing/make-up/hair or at least a way to blacklist so sims don't randomly wear these items.)
I think Songsmith's idea of a blacklist catalog is great as well.
There were so many in 3 it drove me crazy. For instance, all the recolors on the same hats.
