Maybeck is a beautiful build!! Brilliant how you divided up the back spaces with different levels! Great layout and nicely done for being a single level and having it laid out so nicely!
Wow, shocked at the fav's, both are pretty old builds but good to know Maxis likes them I am currently rebuilding a lot from a Maxis advert that I had three requests for, it has been really difficult due to the angle, and the fact I only had one image to work with but it is almost done now...

@DippyDesigns - Maybeck is great. I have to say the backyard/pool area is my favorite part of the house. I especially like the way you were able to add contrast between the decking and edges!
I had many requests through Facebook to rebuild this lot. I don't think it was used in the live broadcast but was an advertising shot before we had pools and lots of people wanted it in the gallery so I have tried my best to recreate it.
Your recreation of the original home looks very nice! It looks just the same as the Maxi lot! It looks very nice how you have done the pool! The architectural shape of the build looks very nice! Nice back deck for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals in the sunshine at the table there. Very nice colours of the exterior of the home. Nice sofa sitting area on the deck for sims to enjoy resting having a chat. The teaset is a nice touch on the coffee table there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice layout of the living room. It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv or reading a book, enjoying the sunlight coming in through the windows. Sims will enjoy playing the grand piano or listening to the music being played. Nice window chess table nook area for sims to enjoy looking out at the views whilst playing. The armchairs sitting area is a nice place for sims to have a chat, with the sunshine coming in onto them. The drinks display cabinet is a nice touch on the wall there. Very nice design of and furnishing of the kitchen! The blue and white colour scheme of the room looks very nice. The eat in dining area is a nice light filled place for sims to enjoy eating their meals. It is nice that right throughout the rooms of the home sims will have nice views of the outdoors through all the glass windows. Great gym area for sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. It is nice thst you have placed armchairs there for sims to sit and rest after doing training.The study room is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table reading a book or sit on stools at the side wall counter using a computer. The wooden flooring through the home looks very nice. The blue and green colour scheme of the bedrooms looks very nice! Nice window sitting area in the master bedroom. The floor rug there looks nice, and the plant on the coffee table is a nice touch.. The dinosaur pattern looks great on the kids bedroom walls. The penguin tv looks cute!

I'm so happy of this recreation, @Dippydesigns! I saw the image in the official site and I wanted this house but I didn't knew how! And now my wish is realized! Thank you Dippy!! This house is incredible! It contains all what I like most: bright colours, modern furniture, big windows.
