Desert Palms Pool & Bar

Here is my first community lot - Desert Palms Pool & Bar. This community lot is sure to bring your sims hours of non-stop entertainment. The bar is located IN the pool, on an island oasis. Don't worry, the bartenders will still show up to serve your drinks! The bar on this lot is the Tiki bar, which came with the limited edition of TS4. If you do not have this bar, you can add any bar you wish in your game. The island bar also boasts a lighted dance floor. There are chess tables around the perimeter of the pool in addition to a barbecue, and umbrella tables with chairs. Tired of baking in the sun? Head inside where you will find comfy couches, a large screen TV, gaming cubes, and a card table. Hungry? Grab a quick snack from the refrigerator or brew a pot of coffee and sit around the table with your friends. There are two bathrooms, each with two stalls that are equipped with a toilet and shower. Double vanity sinks are also in both bathrooms. There is something for everyone in this lot to satisfy all of your needs. Enjoy! Available in the gallery under my Origin ID : SimChelle1982.

Desert Palms Pool and Bar is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy visiting!

Very nice layout of the build! It looks great how the bar is on an island in the middle of the pool! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools at the tiki bar having a drink and a chat. Sims will have fun dancing to the stereo music on the dance floor on the island! It looks nice how you have placed the trees there. It is nice pictures that you have posted of the sims enjoying spending time at your build. The water fountain features on the edges of the lot look very nice! Nice umbrella covered tables area for sims to enjoy sitting at the tables enjoying eating meals in the sunshine. They will have fun playing chess at the tables. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or sitting chatting poolside on the edges. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and rocks in the build. Very nice indoors areas too! It looks nice how you have set up a dining area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table having food from the fridge or a drink of coffee. The condiments look great on the table top. Nice sitting and resting area for sims to relax on the sofas watching tv. The nearby flowers are nice for sims to see. The sims will have fun playing card games on the card table, or enjoying playing games in the game cube! Great designing of the build indoors and outside!
It is a very nice place to visit for a drink, entertainment and to go swimming
