Dippy, Barcelona is a work of Art! It is absolutely Gorgeous! The architecture (and on a diagonal!) and the interiors are stunning. And your landscaping is pure Perfection! I Love the layout of the property and the beautiful cabana and gazebo. So Beautiful!
I have one question though, which chairs are glitched? This is the first I've heard about this...
@DippyDesigns - Congrats on such an amazing build! You didn't falter one bit in detail. Everything from the landscaping to the decor to the design are a perfect combination of awesomeness. I favorited this one on the gallery as well! You've outdone yourself with this build!

The final aspiration goal is Mansion Baron.
Players can choose to dl a mansion if they wish, or build one and earn points per room.
If ever you find time, perhaps a build with the mansion baron requirements in mind, is an idea? LOL, there are lots of noob builders out there....

If you go into my Barcelona build and demolish the stairs outside you will see how I arranged the walls so that I could place them that way. I'll try and take pics and post a step by step next time I build some.
I will have to check out that challenge, and the Mansion Baron, I did do that in game but just bought 20 columns etc and placed them outside lol! I will look at the requirements for that and see what I can do

LOL! No, they were all done over the course of about a week, sometimes I start lots and then decide they are not right, so I leave them till I come up with an idea and then go back and try again. My other half has been ill this year and we are under a lot of stress. Sims is my outlet and I love to immerse myself in a good build and forget about the stresses of life. It is my way of relaxing. I guess all the recent stress has prompted a bit of a building glut lol!
You can feel the passion or maybe the word is emotion in your lots. I have been juggling between the ideas that you are a real estate agent or an interior designer in real life, but now I understand.
Hugs, creativity is always a positive stress relief, when we go through struggles. I hope all will be well.
Your four new builds are very nice! The exterior designs of each of them look very nice! Each of them has great features in them. The outdoors archway dining nook in Calabria looks very nice! It looks great how you have done the steps in Guagin, and it great that you have a pool area there ready for when pools come.
Each of the homes are very nice! You and your family continue to be in my prayers.

Perhaps you might like to look at the pictures of the homes on these sites, and make a sims 4 version of one of the homes?
