  If the house you bulldozed was an existing lot in the town you were in, you can start a new game in the same town, copy the lot you want to your library. When you go back to your first game, you can then place the house back in the game. Hope this helps.

  You can always go to the save game file in your documents and replace it with the last save by finding all of the old versions and restoring one.
