    Save Sims 3 store purchases

    This has probably been asked many times, but when I read people's answers they sound so complicated.
    I just want to save everything I purchased, it sure wasn't cheap! :) Many thanks.

      To save your Sims 3 store purchases go to My Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 3 -> Downloads. The icons of your Sims 3 content will have the little blue/green icon, that's how you know it's a file. The name of the files should convey what the file actually is. For example I have one called MonteVistaWorld. That's the entire Monte Vista World.

      Copy all the contents of this folder onto a flash drive or where ever you're planning on backing up these files. You can compress the folder into a zipped folder and then upload to Google Drive (you get this free with a free Google account) for a secure save which you'll be able to download in the future.
