Awesome mods people may not know about

Everyone knows the famous sims mods e.g. Twallan, Automatic casual romance (ACR), Insiminator, etc.
However with the Custom content list being enormous for the sims 2 and 3, some mods fly under the radar and are missed.
Do you know of any awesome mods that you use that other may not know about.
Some of the less known mods that I use that I could no longer live without are as follows:
More fun by Cyjon. This mod stops sims from prematurely ending activities when their fun is maxed, but all other needs are also high (e.g. catch, soccer, bowling).

FlirtsEnabled by Squinge: A mode that enables hit on, charm, sweet talk, suggestion, wolf whistle even when relationship is at max. (works for up to mansion and gardens/fun with pets)

Click on sims to change clothes: Can click on a sim to change their clothes, including some special outfits.

I have this one for the University LTWs and LTW varity
I like this one - http://modthesims.info/d/436793 - it shows the Career Level along with the name in the panels. Very helpful to me.
