    Might be a dumb question but...

    Go ahead and judge me all you want, BUT
    How come my sims 4 game isn't in online mode? I am connected to origin and it's up and running and everything but I can't figure out how to access the gallery or upload any of my sims or houses. I can get them to my library but not to the gallery. Am I missing something? The only thing I can think of is it isn't connected to the internet (although my computer has WIFI and the internet itself is running just fine). Please help, I want to be able to download new houses.

      There's an option in game, can't recall name but something akin to internet access/origin access in game options.
      And then there's the offline and online mode in Origin itself.

      Problem fixed! There's a button that says "online access" under Other options in the menu. Somehow it got un-checked. Thanks!
