    Bulldozing Lots

    Do I get the money from the things I bulldoze on a lot if there is an active family on it?
    Here's the story; I have a hideous house and have about 20k. My house is worth about 98k
    Will I get what the house is worth if I bulldoze it? Just so I can place a new house down.

      Never used the bulldoze tool with a family on the lot, so I'm not 100% but if it allows you to do that I would imagine your household would end up with that money.

      Well you dont have to bulldoze it to place another house...you can just go to the gallery and pick your replacement house and it will swap it out. Family doesnt have to move out either...its very convenient. You should get the cash value of what they currently have.
      If you want to save a painting or career reward first, make sure its placed in the inventory of one of the members of the family, and then go shopping on the Gallery. :)
