    My first modern house design

    Hey all.

    This my first modern house design. I think it turned out nice.

    3 bedrooms (2 small, 1 big)
    2 bathrooms (1 small, 1 big)
    1 living room
    1 kitchen
    1 dining room
    2 outdoor areas

      Cool house! I like the dark exterior and open concept floor plan. Great use of space in the master bathroom.

      Your modern house is very nice! :) The exterior looks great! Nice upper front and back balconies. Sims will enjoy sitting out on the seat on the back upper balcony enjoying the views. Very nice back patio area for sims to enjoy cooking a meal on the BBQ and sitting on the bar stools having a drink from the bar. Nice furnishing of the interior of the home. Great corner study desk area in the entrance area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table there having a read or using a computer whilst listening to music from the stereo. Nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa and armchair there, watching tv. The flowers on the table behind the sofa and the butterflies picture on the wall are nice for sims to see whilst sitting there. The bottles wall shelf adds a nice look to the room. Very nice single bed rooms. Nice green and pink colours that you have used for the walls and beds in the bedrooms. Great study desk areas in the bedrooms for sims to use a computer at. The hanging robe on the wall in the bathroom is a nice touch. Great design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen counters and cabinets. The fruit bowl on the counter and the pans on the wall are nice kitchen touches. Very nice dining room area for sims to enjoy eating their cooked meals at the table there. The type of ceiling light that you have used there looks nice. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the dining windows onto the table through the day whilst enjoying eating their meals there, The red colour scheme of the master bedroom looks nice. The flowers on the dresser are very nice for sims to see when getting up in the mornings.
      It is a very nice home! :)

      Very pretty house. I love how you decorated. Can you tell me where the shelf is located in the game that you used in the bedroom over the desk? I have seen shelves on the wall in other houses, but for the life of me I cannot find this. Again, great job!

      I love this house! It's such a great use of space. Small rooms but they don't feel terribly small. Love it!
