  That looks really good, even though there is a good amount of space it looks like a forever bachelor/ette pad, room for partying and what not.

  But anywho I need to finish it up with more furniture.

  Very nice exterior design of the house. It looks great how you have done the glass windows. The slanted roofing looks great! The texture of the exterior looks great. It looks a very nice light filled home for sims to enjoy looking out at the outside views whilst indoors, as well as enjoying the sunlight coming in.

  I like how you chose to make that part of the second level floor jut out! Very modern lines. I haven't seen inside, but the outside looks great and has character.

  That's an awesome house! I could totally see a cool astronaut bachelor and his dorky bookworm roommate living there odd couple style!
