Custom Music channels?

Is it possible to create custom music channels?
For example they give an extra option on the stereos with a custom name you choose which
you can add your own music to. For example a station called "Indie" or "Country". (Those are just examples)
I would think it could be easy to add, but I'm not sure when I'm not a mod creator.
