    Seeing how different people have ones that look different, can someone make a belly button slider? Meaning that you can adjust it to go up higher or remain at its default height? Also, you can choose whether your Sim has an innie or an outie?

      The belly buttons are currently texture details of the body skin rather than being separate. I doubt you'll see a slider mod for this I'm afraid, but you could always make or find new skin textures with different belly button styles.
