I think Jordwal has identified something that would make the Sims 4 Mods section here even better. The wide variety of topics here can be a little overwhelming and this is still early days. It's great to see so much enthusiasm already but I can only imagine how many more topics will be created once the full game is available. Setting up separate forums for sharing creations, general mod chat, and more technical talk would definitely help people navigate to what they want to find.
Guru Support? this is great! Just wanted to thank you all incredible mod creators for the amazing things you do for the community. You guys are awesome! :D
@Maclimes, that tool is very old even by Sims 3 standards. It is no longer supported and I think the person who made it left the community long ago.
@auntielynds, to the best of my knowledge there is no Blender addon for Sims 4 currently available. There is a Blender addon for GEOM in alpha testing. This is what I used to make the first new hair for Sims 4 and it works very well. This tool will not be released, however, until it is certain the code is compatible with the full game and not just the demo. The release date for that tool is thus dependent on if there were changes to GEOM code between the demo and the final game and on how significant those changes are if they exist.
Okay, I took out the bender add on link, thanks om
No shame in trying to help out Maclimes. Oh, and I added your Mask tut, and the Unwrapped thingy-mc-bobber to the list.

Thanks! The only thing better than creating my own mods is helping other people create theirs!
@auntielynds, I'd love to link to your very comprehensive list, but that would be easier if it were in its own thread. Tried to find the version on the tscc forums but failed. And not gonna copypaste it, you did the work and deserve all the "likes". Would you mind either starting a new thread with your list (that could be stickied), or providing a link to the other version of it, whichever one you're intending to maintain?
Is there a way we can request for our thread to be moved to the right new section? Like my "cc by me" type thread to get swooped over to where it belongs now?
Please send me a private message if you need a thread moved. I've just done a first pass at moving threads to the appropriate sections, but I am sure I missed things.

I started one at tscc, so I'll post here the links I have so far for anyone who wants to start it.

Done. Are there any plugins needed for blender I can link to?
The Sims Creators' Consortium
Yes. You need the GEOM plugin.
